We advise corporations, trade associations, non-profit organizations, political action committees, candidates and public officials, issue advocacy groups (including “527 organizations”) and other political committees on compliance with the state’s intricate and nuanced lobbying laws. We will also take on the compliance responsibilities of filing required disclosures and can provide training to your staff on the preparation of filings.
